वास्तविक गुरु कभी संसारी वस्तु नहीं दिया करता!!

आजकल बहुधा दम्भियों ने यही मार्ग अपना लिया है कि गृहस्थियों को संसार चाहिये और वो संस्कारवश, प्रारब्धवश मिलता ही रहता है, इसी में हम भी सम्मिलित हो जायें और अपनी स्वार्थ सिद्धि एवं ख्याति प्राप्त कर लें। सोचिये तो कि वह महापुरुष किसलिए है, इसलिये कि उसने संसार को नश्वर समझ कर भगवान को प्राप्त कर लिया है, दिव्यानंद प्राप्त कर चुका है। यदि वह हमे संसार देता है तो वह महापुरुष है या राक्षस है? उसने तो अभी तक यही नहीं समझा है कि आनंद संसार में है या भगवान में। फिर वो महापुरुष कैसे? और महापुरुष क्या भगवान भी कर्मविधान के विपरीत किसी को संसार नहीं देते। ऐसे ही हम बेहोश हैं, उस इश्वर को भूले हुये है जिसमें परमानन्द है, फिर महापुरुष वेशधारी ने संसार देने का नाटक करके हमें और गुमराह कर दिया।

जरा सोचिये, जिस अभिमन्यु के मामा परात्पर पूर्णतम पुरुषोत्तम श्रीकृष्ण एवं जिनके पिता अर्जुन महापुरुष थे एवं जिसकी शादी कराने वाले वेदव्यास स्वयं भगवान के अवतार थे, जब तीन-तीन महाशक्तियाँ मिलकर भी उस अभिमन्यु को नहीं बचा सकी तब हम दिन रात अपराध करते हुये, इश्वर से विमुख रहते हुये, स्त्री, पुत्रादि में आसक्त रहते हुये कैसे आशा रखते हैं कि कोई बाबा हमारे प्रारब्ध को काट देगा? हमारा यह दुर्भाग्य है कि हम लोग भारतीय शास्त्रों को नहीं पढ़ते अतएव इस प्रकार की महान त्रुटियाँ करते रहते हैं। प्रति वर्ष हमारे देश में ऐसा नाटक कहीं न कहीं विराट रूप में होता है और लाखों की भीड़ जमा हो जाती है, केवल इसलिये कि यह बाबा असंभव को संभव कर देता है। अगर ऐसा सामर्थ्य या अधिकार भगवान या किसी महापुरुष को होता तो अनादिकाल से अब तक अनंतानन्त बार भगवान एवं संतो के अवतीर्ण होने पर यह विश्व न बना रहता। जब वे संत लोग गाली एवं डंडा खाने को तैयार रहते हैं तब उन्हें यह कहने में क्या लगता है कि हे! समस्त विश्व के जीवों, तुम्हारा अभी ही तुरंत उद्धार हो जाये। बस, इतना कहने मात्र से काम बन जाये। भोले भाले लोगों को ठगने वाले ये दम्भी हमारे देश में निर्भयतापूर्वक विचरते हैं और आप लोग भी उनकी खोज में रहते हैं।

सब क्यों भाग रहे हैं? Why is everyone running?

संसार में सब आनन्द पाने के लिये भाग रहे हैं, उसी के लिये प्रतिक्षण कर्म कर रहे हैं, लेकिन एरिया गलत है। जहाँ घी नहीं है, वहाँ मंथन कर रहे हैं। जहाँ वो वस्तु नहीं है, वहाँ ढूँढ़ रहे हैं। जहाँ उसकी उलटी वस्तु है दुःख, अशान्ति, अतृप्ति, उसकी खोज कर रहे हैं। असली आनंद तो भगवान में हैं!

रसो वै सः। रसं ह्येवायं लब्ध्वा आनन्दी भवति।
~ तैत्तिरीयोपनिषत् 2-7-2

भगवान आनन्द हैं, रस हैं। जब प्राणी इस आनन्द को, इस रस को प्राप्त कर लेता है तो वह स्वयं आनन्दमय हो जाता है।

Everyone in the world is running after happiness, they are working every moment for it, but the direction is wrong. Where there is no ghee (butter), they are churning it. Looking for that thing where it doesn’t exist. Where its opposite is sorrow, unrest, dissatisfaction, we are searching for it. Real happiness is in God!

raso vai saḥ। rasaṁ hyevāyaṁ labdhvānandī bhavati॥

God is Bliss. When a being attains this Bliss, this Rasa, he himself becomes Joyful.

भगवान कैसे मिलते हैं? How is God realized?

जो सोचता है अभी बहुत साधना करनी है भगवान को पाने को, निसंदेह उसे अभी बहुत साधना करनी है। जो समझ गया है कि भगवान कोई साधना से नहीं मिलते, कोई बल से नहीं मिलते, बल्कि साधनहीन भाव से मिलते हैं, निर्बल को मिलते है, चाहए साधना कर-कर के हार के यह समझो या विवेक से समझो, फिर उस समझ में, उस पुकार में जो दीनता होगी, बस उनका ही सहारा होगा, फिर आँखों से आसु नहीं रुकेंगे, पल-पल उनसे मिलने की तड़पन होगी, हर पुकार भगवान को अपनी ओर खीचेगी और जब एक-एक पल युग के समान प्रतीत होगा, तब उनको आना ही पड़ेगा!

The one who thinks that he still has to do a lot of sadhana to attain God, undoubtedly he still has to do a lot of sadhana. And the one who has understood that God is not realized through any sadhana or any strength, He reveals Himself to the meek and surrendered souls, You can understand this after doing years of spiritual practice or you can understand it with wisdom, then in that understanding, there will be a submission, tears will flow nonstop, every moment there will be a great yearning to meet Him. Your every call will bring God near to you and when each moment seems like an eternity, then God will have to come!

When is God realized? भगवान कब मिलते हैं?

Only the one who is longing to meet God and wants to meet Him NOW, realizes God! The one who thinks that God can be realized but it will take time, for him it will take a long time.

जो भगवान के लिए व्याकुल है और अभी उनसे मिलना चाहता है, उसे ही भगवान मिलते हैं! जो सोचता है कि भगवान मिलेंगे पर समय लगेगा, उसे अभी बहुत समय लगेगा।

Who realizes God? भगवान किसको मिलते हैं?

The one who believes that he will definitely realize God, he definitely realizes God, and the one who doubts about realizing God, he does not realize God. All that is needed is the unwavering faith in the unfathomable Grace of God!

जो यह मानता है कि उसे ईश्वर अवश्य मिलेंगे, उसे ईश्वर अवश्य मिलते हैं, और जो उनके मिलने में शंका करता है उसे वह नहीं मिलते। बस आवश्यकता है ईश्वर की अद्भुत कृपा पर अटूट विश्वास की!

शरीर के लिए संसार, आत्मा के लिय परमात्मा! World for the body, God for the soul!

भगवान् ने शरीर के लिए संसार बनाया है, संसार के बिना शरीर नहीं चलेगा और शरीर में व्याप्त जीवात्मा के लिए परमात्मा है, जैसे भोजन आदि करने से शरीर चलता है, ऐसे ही स्वयं यानी जीव को पोषण यानी आनंद देने के लिए भगवान ही है।

God has created the world for the body, without the world the body will not function and for the soul present in the body, there is God, just as the body functions by eating food etc., similarly God is there to provide nourishment and happiness to the self i.e. the soul.

The people of the world have a big misconception!

Misconception is that the people are friendly to us, love us. But I can say with challenge that not a single woman in the world can love her husband for his happiness, she loves him for her own happiness.  No husband in the world can love for his wife’s happiness, he loves for his own happiness. The meaning is that when husband and wife do not love each other then what will other people do. Everyone is deceiving each other, and they do not understand that just as we have deceived this person, the other person is also deceiving us.

You people will say that our wife loves us very much. This is just deception to you people, until the living being achieves his true happiness, it is impossible for anyone to do anything for someone else’s happiness.  Oho!  One cannot even think let alone do it, all the love in the world is based on selfishness. If there is less selfishness, less love, more selfishness, more love, and more selfishness and if there is a serious loss of self interest, then the son shoots the mother and the wife shoots the husband…!  You read it every day in newspapers and hear it in the news.  Everyone has daily experience. If everyone knew each other’s inner thoughts, then this world would end in half an hour. There is so much poison against each other…everything in this world is done by acting…the bigger the actor…the better the acting he can do, the more he will impress others.  Will seem more dear.  But keep in mind that no one can be related to anyone even for a moment. No one can call anyone good.  The world is a theater of selfishness, there is no happiness here, then how would it be found?

What is the definition of sin and virtue in the spiritual world?

The human intellect cannot reach the definition of sin and virtue. Same act – small sin, same act – big sin, same act – bigger sin……….You killed an ant, killed a mosquito, killed a fly, is it a sin? Yes, it is a sin! And one killed a cow. Yes, that is also a sin. Someone killed a man. This is all murder. The sin of killing an ant is small, the sin of killing a cow is big, the sin of killing a human being is bigger. Then the sin of killing a religious person is greater than that. Then there is the bigger sin of killing a great man who is detached, then the bigger sin of someone who is knowledgeable, then the biggest crime of all is to kill someone who is a devotee. Now the work is all the same.

You were bad, we spoke bad of you, still wrong, but minor sins. Then if you were good, we spoke bad of you – a big sin. To do an evil to a righteous man is a big sin. To do an evil to a holy man is the biggest sin.

So the definition of sin is according to the personality, hence no human being can know it. Tell me, who will know what is someone’s inner state? All these are the works of God’s government. Only they can calculate and only they calculate. Man should definitely have some idea according to the Vedas, the limit will be considered according to the personality of the person against whom we commit crime. This happens in the world too. If you slap someone’s servant, the master says – “Why did you slap our servant?”, scolds him and that’s it. And you slapped his son, now he is coming with rage to kill you. He slapped his wife and it became a serious case. Now look, the slap is the same but as per the personality it becomes so big that a murder is committed just behind one slap – “How dare you!”

The daughter-in-law came after a marriage. You placed your hand on her shoulder – “scoundrel!” Now she has become an old woman, even if you hug her, she will not say anything. “Yes son, it is fine.” The body is the same, your body is the same, her body is the same, but see the difference.

………When there is advocacy in the court, one law trumps another law.
Did he die due to your bullet?
Yes sir, died by my bullet.
Then you should be hanged!
No sir.
Why?
I was shooting a bird, he was sitting on the tree, he got hit by the bullet, what should I do? It is true that he was killed by my bullet, but I did not kill him. I was hunting the bird, now let me know why he was sitting on the tree.

These are very subtle things. The subject of right/wrong is very complex. Its details are many. One cannot acquire this knowledge even if one studies for a hundred years, let alone following it is a very distant thing. Devotion alone is such a means that it can get forgiveness for all sins, purify the conscience, help attain God, and get all things right. Just hold on to only two – Guru and God. Put everything else out of your mind. If you get into “this trying to understand or know what is righteous or what is unrighteousness, its theory”, then you are a lost case.

संसार के लोगों को एक बहुत बड़ी भ्रान्ति है!

संसार के लोगों को एक बहुत बड़ी भ्रान्ति है। वो यह कि लोग हमारे अनुकूल हैं, हमसे प्रेम करते हैं। लेकिन मैं चैलेंज के साथ कह सकता हूँ की विश्व की एक भी स्त्री अपने पति के सुख के लिए उससे प्यार नहीं कर सकती, अपने सुख के लिए करती है। विश्व का कोई भी पति अपनी स्त्री के सुख के लिए प्यार नहीं कर सकता, अपने सुख के लिए करता है। भावार्थ यह की जब स्त्री पति ही एक दूसरे के लिए प्यार नहीं करते तो और लोग क्या करेंगे। सब एक दूसरे को धोखा दे रहे हैं, और ये नहीं समझते कि जैसे हम इसको धोखे में रखे हैं, ऐसे ही सामने वाला भी हमसे धोखा कर रहा है।

आप लोग कहेंगे की हमारी स्त्री तो हमसे बड़ा प्यार करती है। बस यही तो धोखा है आप लोगों को, जब तक जीव अपना वास्तविक आनंद प्राप्त न कर लेगा, यह असंभव है कि कोई किसी के सुख के लिए लिए कुछ करे। अरे! करना तो दूर सोच तक नहीं सकता, संसार का सब प्यार स्वार्थ आधारित है। स्वार्थ कम,प्यार कम, स्वार्थ अधिक प्यार अधिक, और स्वार्थ हानि ज्यादा हो तो गोली मार देता है बेटा माँ को, स्त्री पति को….! रोज़ पढ़ते हैं आप अखबारों में, न्यूज़ में सुनते हैं। सबका रोज का अनुभव है। अगर सबको एक दूसरे के अंत:करण की, मन की बातें पता चल जायें तो ये संसार आधे घंटे में लड़-कट के समाप्त हो जायें। इतना ज़्यादा जहर एक दूसरे के खिलाफ़ भरा पड़ा है……ये तो acting से इस संसार में सब कार्य चल रहा है….जो जितना बड़ा एक्टर…..जितनी बढ़िया एक्टिंग कर लेगा वो दूसरों को उतना ही ज़्यादा प्रिय लगेगा। लेकिन ध्यान रहे कि कोई एक क्षण के लिए भी किसी का सगा हो ही नहीं सकता। कोई किसी को अच्छा कह नहीं सकता। संसार स्वार्थ सिद्धि का रंगमंच है, यहाँ आनंद है ही नहीं तो मिलेगा कहाँ से।

प्रश्न: आध्यात्मिक जगत में पाप पुण्य की क्या परिभाषा है?

#उत्तर: यह पाप पुण्य की जो परिभाषा है वहाँ बुद्धि नहीं पहुँच सकती मनुष्य की। वही कार्य – छोटा पाप, वही कार्य – बड़ा पाप, वही कार्य – और बड़ा पाप।……….तुमने एक चींटी को मार दिया, मच्छर को मार दिया, मक्खी को मार दिया, पाप है ना? हाँ, पाप है। और एक ने गाय मार दिया। हाँ, वह भी पाप है। किसी ने एक आदमी मार दिया। यह सब murder है। चींटी के मारने का पाप छोटा, गाय को मारने का पाप बड़ा, मनुष्य को मारने का पाप उससे बड़ा। फिर जो धर्मात्मा मनुष्य हो उसको मारने का पाप उससे बड़ा। फिर जो विरक्त महापुरुष हो उसको मारने का और बड़ा पाप, फिर जो ज्ञानी हो इसका और बड़ा पाप, फिर जो भक्त हो वह सब से बड़ा नामापराध। अब काम तो सब एक ही है।

हमने तुम्हारी बुराई की। तुम बुरे थे और बुराई की, फिर भी गलत है, लेकिन मामूली पाप। फिर अच्छा है, उसकी बुराई की – बड़ा पाप। एक धर्मात्मा की बुराई की- और बड़ा पाप। एक महापुरुष की  बुराई की – नामापराध, सबसे बड़ा पाप।

तो यह पाप की परिभाषा personality के अनुसार होती है, इसलिए उसको कोई जान नहीं सकता मनुष्य। कहो, किसकी क्या अवस्था है भीतर की, कौन जानेगा? ये सब भगवान की government के काम हैं। वही हिसाब लगाते हैं, वही लगा सकते हैं। एक हल्का सा idea जरूर मनुष्य को रखना चाहिए वेदों के अनुसार कि हम अपराध जिसके प्रति करते हैं उसकी personality के अनुसार limit मानी जाएगी। संसार में भी यह होता है। किसी के नौकर को झापड़ लगा दिया आपने तो मालिक कहता है – “तुमने क्यों मारा हमारे नौकर को?”, उसको डाँट-वाँट दिया, हो गया बस। और उसके लड़के को मार दिया झापड़, अब वह बड़े जोर से आ रहा है तुमको मारने के लिए। उसकी बीवी को मार दिया एक थप्पड़, और serious case हो गई। अब देखो थप्पड़ तो वही है लेकिन personality के अनुसार इतना बड़ा हो जाता है कि murder हो जाता है एक थप्पड़ के पीछे – “तुम्हारी यह हिम्मत!”

एक शादी हो करके बहु आई। तुमने उसके कंधे पे हाथ रख दिया – “बत्तमीज!” अब वही बुढ़िया हो गई, अब तुम चिपटाओ भी, कुछ नहीं कहेगी वह। “हाँ, बेटा ठीक है।” शरीर वही है, तुम्हारा शरीर वही, उसका शरीर वही, लेकिन कितना परिवर्तन हो गया।

………Court में वकालत जब होती है तो कानून को कानून काटता है।
तुम्हारी गोली से यह मरा?
हाँ साहब, हमारी गोली से मरा।
फिर तो फाँसी होनी चाहिए तुमको !
नहीं साहब।
क्यों ?
हम पक्षी को गोली मार रहे थे, यह पेड़ पे बैठा था, लग गई इसको गोली, मैं क्या करूँ ? हमारी गोली से मरा, यह सही है, लेकिन हमने मारा नहीं इसको। हम तो पक्षी का शिकार कर रहे थे, अब यह पेड़ पे क्यों बैठा था यह जाने।

बहुत बारीक बातें हैं। धर्म का विषय जो है अम्बार है। बहुत बड़ा इसका detail है। इसकी knowledge भी नहीं प्राप्त कर सकता सौ वर्ष भी कोई पढ़े, पालन करना तो बहुत दूर की बात है। केवल भक्ति एक ऐसा साधन है कि सब पापों को भी क्षमा कर दे, अंतःकरण भी शुद्ध कर दे, भगवत्प्राप्ति भी करा दे, सारा काम बन जाए। बस केवल दो को पकड़े रहो – गुरु और भगवान। बाकी सब दिमाग से निकाल दो। क्या धर्म, क्या अधर्म, उसकी theory उसका सिद्धांत समझना-जानना, इस चक्कर में पड़ा, तो गया।

You are sleeping, Death is forthcoming! तू सोवत कछु जानत नाहिं, काल लगायो घात।

वेदाहमेतं पुरुषं महान्तमादित्यवर्णं तमसः परस्तात्‌।
तमेव विदित्वाति मृत्युमेति नान्यः पन्था विद्यतेऽयनाय॥
~ श्वेताश्वतर उपनिषद 3.8

उस परम पुरुष को जानो जो सूर्य के समान देदीप्यमान है और समस्त अन्धकार से परे है। जो उसे अनुभूति द्वारा जान जाता है वह मृत्यु से मुक्त हो जाता है। जन्म-मरण के चक्र से छुटकारे का कोई अन्य मार्ग नहीं है।

Realize the Great Being who shines effulgent like the sun beyond all darkness. One passes beyond death only on realizing Him. There is no other way of escape from the circle of births and deaths.

प्रेम की पुकार

जैसे हमें कोई प्रेम से पुकारे तो हम उसकी ओर खिच जाते हैं.. वैसे ही हमारी पुकार भगवान को पुलकित करती है। अगर हमारी पुकार में अधीरता और दीनता भी भरी हो तो उनको आना ही पड़ता है!

सरल सुभाव न मन कुटिलाई,
भजत कृपा करिहहिं रघुराई॥

भगवान कैसे मिलते हैं?

हज़ारों साधनाए करते रहो, साधन कर कर के अनन्त जन्म बिता दो, लेकिन भगवान नहीं मिलेंगे, भगवान तो शरणागति से मिलते हैं – साधनहीन भाव से मिलते हैं, साधन बल को भुला दो!

“साधनहीन दीन अपनावत” है वो!

“नाथ सकल साधन से हीना”, भीतर से यह भावाना बनानी होगी, करेक्ट, सेंट पर्सेन्ट!

सुनी री मैंने निरबल के बल राम। जब लगि गज बल अपनी बरत्यो, नेक सर्यो नहिं काम। निरबल है बल राम पुकार यो आये आधे नाम…

राधे राधे गाओ रे, हरि गुण गाओ रे, आयेंगे भाजे मोहन, रो के बुलाओ रे।

प्रत्येक व्यक्ति भक्ति का अधिकारी है! Everyone is entitled to Devotion!

पुरुष नपुंसक नारि नर जीव चराचर कोइ।
सर्व भाव भज कपट तजि मोहि परम प्रिय सोइ॥
~ रामायण

प्रत्येक जीव, जो छल कपट त्याग कर, निष्कपट भाव से भगवान् की भक्ति करता है वह जीव भगवान् को परम प्रिय होता है।

Every living being, who does devotion to God sincerely, leaving deceit, that living being is very dear to God.

मां हि पार्थ व्यपाश्रित्य येऽपि स्युः पापयोनयः।
स्त्रियो वैश्यास्तथा शूद्रास्तेऽपि यान्ति परां गतिम्।।
~ भगवद्गीता 9.32

वे सब जो मेरी शरण ग्रहण करते हैं भले ही वे जिस कुल, लिंग, जाति के हों और जो समाज से तिरस्कृत ही क्यों न हों, वे भगवद्ग प्रेम के परम लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करते हैं।

All those who take refuge in Me, irrespective of their clan, gender, caste and even if they are despised by the society, attain the ultimate goal of Divine Love.

अपि चेत्सुदुराचारो भजते मामनन्यभाक्।
साधुरेव स मन्तव्यः सम्यग्व्यवसितो हि सः॥
~ श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 9.30

यदि महापापी भी मेरी अनन्य भक्ति के साथ मेरी उपासना में लीन रहते हैं तब उन्हें साधु मानना चाहिए क्योंकि वे अपने संकल्प में दृढ़ रहते हैं।

क्षिप्रं भवति धर्मात्मा शश्वच्छान्तिं निगच्छति।
कौन्तेय प्रतिजानीहि न मे भक्त: प्रणश्यति॥
~ श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 9.31

वे शीघ्र धार्मात्मा बन जाते हैं और चिरस्थायी शांति पाते हैं। हे कुन्ती पुत्र! निडर हो कर यह घोषणा कर दो कि मेरे भक्त का कभी पतन नहीं होता।

If even the greatest of sinners remain engrossed in worshiping Me with undivided devotion, then they should be considered sages because they remain firm in their resolution.

भगतिवंत अति नीचउ प्रानी।
मोहि प्रानप्रिय असि मम बानी॥
~ रामचरितमानस

जन अवगुन प्रभु मान न काऊ,
दीन बंधु अति मृदुल सुभाऊ।
~ रामचरितमानस

उलटा नाम जपत जग जाना।
बाल्मीकि भए ब्रह्म समाना।।
~ रामचरितमानस

जिसके इतने पाप हैं जो भगवान का नाम भी न ले पा रहा हो, अगर वो भगवान पर आश्रित है, तो उसका भी कल्याण निश्चित है!

The one who has so many sins that he is not able to even take the name of God, if he is dependent on God, then his welfare is also certain.

इस जन्म में भी उसे न जाना, तो महाविनाश है। If we don’t realize Him even in this birth, then it will be a great calamity!

इह चेदवेदीदथ सत्यमस्ति।
न चेदिहावेदीन्महती विनष्टिः।
भूतेषु भूतेषु विचित्य धीराः।
प्रेत्यास्माल्लोकादमृता भवन्ति॥ ~ केनोपनिषत् २-५

अन्वय

इह अवेदीत् चेत् अथ सत्यम् अस्तिन्,
इह न अवेदीत् चेत् तदा महती विनष्टिः।
तस्मात् धीराः भूतेषु भूतेषु विचित्य,
अस्मात् लोकात् प्रेत्य अमृताः भवन्ति॥

अर्थार्त: उसे (ब्रह्म) यदि हमने इस जन्म में भी न जाना, तो महाविनाश है। जो उसे जान जाते हैं, वे अमृतत्व को प्राप्त हो जाते हैं।

If we don’t realize God even in this birth, then it will be a great calamity. Those who realize him, they become immortal and experience Divine Bliss.

WITHOUT REFUGE IN GOD, ALL EFFORTS ARE A WASTE. ईश्वर की शरण के बिना, सब प्रयत्न व्यर्थ हैं!

कृष्ण-कृपा बिनु जाय नहिँ, माया अति बलवान।
शरणागत पर हो कृपा, यह गीता को ज्ञान।।

यह माया शक्ति इतनी बलवती है कि शक्तिमान भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण की कृपा के बिना नहीं जा सकती। और यह कृपा भी केवल शरणागत जीव पर ही होती है। यह सम्पूर्ण गीता का सारभूत ज्ञान है।

दैवी ह्येषा गुणमयी मम माया दुरत्यया।
मामेव ये प्रपद्यन्ते मायामेतां तरन्ति ते॥
~ श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता 7.14

प्रकति के तीन गुणों से युक्त मेरी दैवीय शक्ति माया से पार पाना अत्यंत कठिन है किन्तु जो मेरे शरणागत हो जाते हैं, वे इसे सरलता से पार कर जाते हैं।

सो दासी रघुबीर कै समुझें मिथ्या सोपि।
छूट न राम कृपा बिनु नाथ कहउँ पद रोपि॥

कुछ लोगों का विचार है कि माया मिथ्या अर्थात अस्तित्त्वहीन है परन्तु माया वास्तव में एक शक्ति है जो भगवान की सेवा में लगी रहती है। वह श्री रामजी की कृपा के बिना छूटती नहीं। हे नाथ! यह मैं प्रतिज्ञा करके कहता हूँ॥

Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj in Bhakti Shatak Doha 29 says –

Maya is an insurmountable power of God. One can not be released from its clutches without the grace of God. And this grace is only available to a surrendered soul. This is the essence of the entire Gita.

Lord Shri Krishna in Bhagavad Gita 7.14 says –

My divine power Maya, consisting of the three modes of nature, is very difficult to overcome. But those who surrender unto Me cross over it easily.

Shri Tulsi Das Ji in Ram-charita-manas
says –

Some people think that maya is mithya i.e. non-existent but maya is actually a power engaged in the service of the Lord. It does not leave without the grace of Shri Ramji. Hey Nath! I declare this.

Alas! I wasted my life for Nothing. अफसोस! मैंने जीवन व्यर्थ बर्बाद कर दिया।

When we advance in Spirituality, we realize how close we have been to the Truth and regret having squandered so much of our lives for nothing.

Spirituality is a scientific process which surely leads to results if practiced under the guidance of a God Realized Saint.

जब हममें आध्यात्मिकता विकसित होती है, तब हमें एहसास होता है कि हम सत्य के कितने करीब थे और हमें पश्चाताप होता है कि हमने अपना कितना जीवन निरर्थक नष्ट कर लिया।

आध्यात्मिकता एक वैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया है जिसका यदि ईश्वर-प्राप्त संत के मार्गदर्शन में अभ्यास किया जाए तो निश्चित रूप से परिणाम मिलते हैं।

Suffer everything for the love of God! ईश्वर प्रेम में सब कुछ सह जाओ!

When we are insulted, accused and laughed at, then we have to imbibe the qualities of patience, meekness and humility, to bear silently in the love of God. 

Whether we are wronged or not, we have to think that I deserve this, so many people I have hurt in my ego and indulgence. God is sanctifying me, I have to bear the pain.

Also, only those who are unhappy, hurt others. We should learn to be merciful and pray for them. They are lost children of God, our brothers & sisters.

If we choose to question or reprimand the behavior, we should reciprocate intelligently and politely with love and compassion in our heart for their betterment, not for our own ego gratification or out of retaliation.

जब हमारा अपमान हो, आरोप लगे और हंसी हो, तब हमे धैर्य, नम्रता और दीनता के गुणों को धारण करना है, प्रभु प्रेम में चुपचाप सहना है।

चाहे हमारे साथ अन्याय हो या न्याय, हमे ये सोचना है कि मैं इसी लायक हूँ, अपने अहंकार और आसक्ति में मैंने कितनों को दुख दिया है, प्रभु मेरा सुधार कर रहे हैं, दुख को सह जाना है।

इसके अतरिक्त, जो अशांत हैं वहीं दूसरे को दुख देते हैं, उन पर दया करनी है, वह ईश्वर के भटके हुए बच्चे, हमारे भाई-बहन हैं।

यदि उनके व्यवहार के उत्तर में हम कुछ बुद्धि-संगत कहते हैं या उसकी भर्त्सना करते हैं, तो हमें वो ह्रदय में विनम्रता, प्रेम और दया के साथ उनके सुधार के लिए करना है, न कि अपने अहंकार की पुष्टि या प्रतिशोध में।

My Lord, I am all things unholy! हे प्रभु, मैं सर्वप्रकार अपवित्र हूँ!

However Big a sinner he may be, his welfare is certain if he is completely dependent on the grace of God!

कितना ही बड़ा पापी क्यों ना हो, उसका कल्याण निश्चित है अगर वो प्रभु कृपा पर पूर्णता आश्रित है!

पाप किय अनंत मैंने, ह्रदय कठोर खल कामी,
आया शरण हार के, कृपा करो अब स्वामी।

My Lord, I have committed endless sins, my heart is hardened due to treachery and indulgence. I am lonely and lost, seeking your shelter. May you have mercy on me!

Who is bigger sinner than me? को मो सम पतित बड़ो?

Only by accepting our faults in humility, we can experience Divinity.

दीनतापूर्वक अपने दोषों को स्वीकार करने पर ही हम दिव्यता का अनुभव कर सकते हैं।

मो सम कौन कुटिल खल कामी।
जेहिं तनु दियौ ताहिं बिसरायौ, ऐसौ नमकहरामी॥
भरि भरि उदर विषय कों धावौं, जैसे सूकर ग्रामी।
हरिजन छांड़ि हरी-विमुखन की निसदिन करत गुलामी॥
पापी कौन बड़ो है मोतें, सब पतितन में नामी।
सूर, पतित कों ठौर कहां है, सुनिए श्रीपति स्वामी॥
